Regina Quek is a Director and Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at One Legal LLC. 

She has over 29 years of experience in intellectual property matters, having established and headed the intellectual property department in two different general practice law firms in Singapore before establishing One Legal LLC. She is widely recognised for her expertise in the protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Singapore and internationally. 

Regina's clients are in diverse fields, including automobile, energy, shipping, aviation, pharmaceutical, information technology and telecommunications, food & beverage, fashion and consumer products, hospitality and entertainment industry as well as academic and research institutions.

Regina is also a registered patent agent in Singapore. She successfully completed and passed the South East Asian Drafting Course (SEAD Course) in 1997 and was awarded the Bernard Fisher Scholarship 1997 for Best Student Performance.

Regina is a regular speaker/moderator at seminars/forums in Singapore and overseas, including the Optimal Conference (Singapore), Marques Annual Conference (Rome), AIPPI Congress (Geneva), the Centre for International Legal Studies (CILS) Conference on Intellectual Property (Queensland), Singapore Prestige Brand Award Branding Seminar, AIPPI Forum & Executive Committee Meeting (Buenos Aires) and INTA Meeting (Boston) and the Shanghai IP Practice Summit organized by the Shanghai Pu Dong Intellectual Property Protection Association (Shanghai)

Regina regularly contributes to publications including the World Trade Mark Law Report, World Trade Mark Law Review, Managing Intellectual Property’s Singapore IP Focus 2006 and 2008 and the 2010 Intellectual Property Digital Guide by Executive View Media Limited. In addition, Regina continues to contribute the Singapore law chapters to Thomson Reuters Practical Law Global Guides (online) - Copyright Litigation (2017) and Trademark Litigation (2019) and has in the past contributed the Singapore chapter to The European Lawyer Reference series of books - Copyright Litigation (2010), Patent Litigation (2011), Trademark Litigation (2013) and Copyright Litigation 2nd edition (2014) and the Singapore law chapters on Patents in the Getting the Deal Through series in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

She was instrumental in establishing AIPPI Singapore, serving as its founding president for three terms (1998–2008). She chaired the committee which successfully bid for and organized the AIPPI Forum & Executive Committee Meeting in Singapore in 2007. Regina is currently serving as Vice-President of AIPPI Singapore.

She has served on a number of committees of AIPPI International over the last 10 years and served two terms as the Chairperson of the Membership Committee, before stepping down in 2018. She has previously served on the Finance Advisory Committee of AIPPI as well as the AIPPI Bureau Advisory Committee Q211 on Languages.

She is a member of INTA and served two terms on the INTA Famous & Well-Known Marks Committee, as well as on the INTA Project Team for the 2010 INTA Meeting. Regina is also a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA) and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). She also serves on the Working Committee on IP Research formed by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) for the development of the Intellectual Property Competency Framework.

Regina is also involved in pro-bono legal services, providing legal advice in IP matters to AkarakA Limited, which is an organization that helps underprivileged children and young adults receive a formal education, through the financial support of individuals.
