Working closely with the Corporate and Real Estate Team, we have significant expertise in project and real estate finance, both investment and development.

The Banking & Finance team includes a number of lawyers who have significant transactional experience working in a corporate advisory role, enabling us to offer real commercial insight as well as legal knowledge.
