Tracy Chen is a Director and heads the Financing & Security, Corporate and Real Estate practices at One Legal LLC. Admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1988, she has extensive experience across corporate finance, banking, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
She routinely advises Singapore and international private and listed entities on domestic and cross-border M&A, including public takeovers, demergers, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Tracy also advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange on corporate governance and compliance issues, and provides corporate administrative services to Singapore companies and branches.
