Thilaga Paramasivam

Thilaga is a member of the corporate secretarial services team. She assists with the incorporation of companies, limited liability partnerships, representative offices, branches and other business entities, as well as the incorporation or acquisition of offshore companies and Singapore branches of foreign companies.

Her work includes maintaining statutory records, preparing and filing returns with ACRA, monitoring accounting and filing deadlines, and providing company secretarial support through resolutions and other corporate documents.
