Wong Foot Hin co-heads the Corporate & Banking department.
He has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Foot Hin’s key practice areas are in banking and corporate work, such as bi-lateral and syndicated loan transactions, regional and international banking transactions, private banking, regional project financing, financing of sale and purchase of residential, commercial or industrial properties, listings, hybrid debt and equity issues, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
