Tracy Chen
Tracy Chen co-heads the Banking, Corporate & Capital Markets division of the law corporation. Having been in corporate practice since 1988 when she was admitted to the Singapore Bar, Tracy has been actively involved in various aspects of the practice and particularly in corporate finance, banking, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters, acting for both Singapore and foreign private and listed entities.
Tracy also advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange on corporate governance and compliance issues, and provides corporate administrative services to Singapore companies and branches.
