Angela Ng Beng Hua
Angela heads the Real Estate Department.
She was called to the English Bar in 1977 and to the Singapore Bar in 1983.
Angela has a wealth of experience in conveyancing and other non-contentious matters relating to properties, having practised in the area of real estate for over 25 years.
She specializes in sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, financing and refinancing of such properties, as well as en-bloc sale and development projects.
She has acted for all the local banks, the Standard Chartered Bank, the Malayan Banking Bhd, the HSBC Bank and some finance companies on referral basis.
