Pauline Pang
Pauline Pang is an associate director in the corporate department of the firm. She read law at the National University of Singapore where she graduated with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws in 1996. Pauline was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1997. She has also been admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2000 and to the England and Wales Bar as a solicitor in 2000.
Pauline’s experience covers a varied range of corporate and commercial work including franchises, joint ventures, media and technology related work, hotels and leisure as well as corporate finance and banking work.
She has also assisted many clients in the establishment of business entities and offshore companies and in the maintenance of such entities. |
